Scope
WRIMV (Wisdom Research International) primarily delivers services and project outputs digitally (e.g., Word/PDF files, spreadsheets, slide decks, code) via email or a secure download link. Physical/printed deliverables are optional and arranged on request.

- All standard deliverables are shared by email from info@wrimv.in, or through a secure link (e.g., Google Drive/OneDrive).
- Delivery happens in milestones as per the agreed project plan and payment schedule.
- You will receive a confirmation email for each milestone with file attachments or a download link.
Turnaround time (TAT): depends on scope/word count and will be stated in writing before work begins.

- Shipping charges, if any, will be quoted separately and vary by weight, destination, and courier.
- We use reputed partners (e.g., India Post Speed Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx) based on serviceability.
Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
- Please provide complete and accurate address and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery (no response, wrong address, customs refusal), re-shipping costs will be borne by the client.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Transit delays may occur due to public holidays, strikes, extreme weather, customs, or courier operational issues. We’ll keep you informed and share the latest tracking updates whenever available.
Loss/Damage
- For physical shipments, report any tampering or damage to the courier at delivery time and notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package, AWB label, and contents.
- Digital files are re-shareable at no extra cost if your link expires within a reasonable period—just email us.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
International consignments may be subject to destination-country customs duties and taxes, payable by the recipient. Customs clearance policies vary by country and are beyond our control.
Other Information
- Resending files: If attachments exceed mailbox limits or links expire, we will resend via an alternate method on request.
- File formats: We typically share DOCX, PDF, PPTX, XLSX, and common code/archive formats (ZIP/RAR). Let us know if you need specific formats.
- Password protection: On request, files/archives can be password-protected; the password will be shared via a separate channel.
- Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST (support emails are monitored outside hours for urgent delivery concerns).
- Change of email/address: If your delivery email or shipping address changes after order confirmation, please inform us in writing at the earliest.
